I had a phenomenal experience in dealing with towers pharmacy Regina Sask. I had a pharmacist named Andrea that did a phenomenal jobs working within the realms of my immuno comprised covid 19. She worked with my Family Dr K to set out a plan. I only had to wait approximately 1.5 hours from intake to meds in hand. With criteria being met and urgency. Andrea reassured me I would be called to ensure If be okay. I suffer from many medication Allergies. I did not think I would be able to write this today. As my body was saying hospital as was 811. I suffer with severe anaphatic reactions. And am in a expensive biologic med called Xolair.

Towers pharmacy gives top notch advice, and gives the patient easement through there impacting health crisis. Warm and inviting. And strong leadership. I can not say the reviews I have read are accurate. Try a few pharmacies in Regina and you'll be run around for weeks without resolution.. In this instance for myself waiting for meds at an alternative pharmacy equated to many hours of waiting for correction and my health issue turning emergent

Being treated with dignity and respect, while you aren't well is a bonus. Every employee went up and above at Towers for me and I consider myself being granted extended time. Thank you to your tem for serving the Southern area of Saskatchewan and Regina area. We the patients should be more appreciative of how much you offer the public. Thank you Andrea and Kim. I'm forever grateful for your professionalism and helps during this life threatening crisis that came up.
