ve used Doug’s for many years now and have always found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. The recent upgrades to the facility have been encouraging and the added convenience of automatic doors is appreciated.

Today, the operator was attentive and directing in motorists as bays became free. Unfortunately he directed in three vehicles that arrived AFTER I did in line to bays that became open. Meanwhile, the bay I was waiting for had a patron hand wiping their vehicle after having completed their actual washing. Bucket washing and wiping is prohibited inside of the bays as directed by the many new and catchy signs indicating this. I promptly left Doug’s Car Wash unlikely to return after many years of being a patron, despite its convenience for me. Do not use this wash if being respected for first come first serve is important to you!
