My haircut is terrible. This is the second time that they messed up my hair. Why don’t you just follow what the customers want? Not what you want? Because everybody have their own style and they know what is better for them. Please don’t ruin it. DO WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT!!

We went for an appointment for my son and the barber Anthony who we were booked with was at Tim Hortons when we arrived to the salon. Not a problem, we waited without complaint. We waited for him (23 mins to be exact) and when he returned he walked in yelling with rudeness at staff about just wanting to eat his phone and have his coffee (although I was waiting with a 5 year old for over 20 mins) he didn’t seem to care at all and stopped back to his chair (where we were) and told my son to sit down (very rudely) and again, he’s a 5 year old little boy. He didn't look at me, yet alone apologize or say hello. He was incredible horrible and rude. Needless to say, we will NEVER be using Anthony again, he has terrible customer service skills and treated myself and my son incredibly rudely, without acknowledging our presence, let alone saying HELLO. His main concern was eating his Tim Hortons! He has made our experience very poor at Ashby Grove Hillcrest. We’ve been there other times with other staff members such as Tim and Diego and they have been good, but this particular barber made our experience very very unpleasant and also upset me very much on my little guys Birthday. Such a shame and I hope he is sent for Customer Service training so no one has to deal with this attitude, disrespect and anger again!
