As a disabled person, I asked to not have to pay anything over what my benefits would pay. The agreed, then proceded to take 5 months for me to get all of my items. I was overcharged $60 and they refused to honour their promise. I did not ask for anything special. My only request was to give me the cheaper stuff so I would not pay anything the insurance would not cover. I also requested a pair of shoes, and they completely failed to deliver the product.
