The worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life
I pre ordered 10 dishes of one of traditional Persian foods a night before and paid upfront despite I shouldn’t before pick up
The day after upon my arrival the food was picked up by another customer and Hiva refused to refund for almost two hours
Never try HIVA again
