Disgusting service. Sent Milano email on June 29th 2022 stating in body of email that our business would be closing 30th August 2022 July 7th our hard drive crashed amd was fried so called Milano to install backup info on our lap top and was told they closed our account on June 29th the day email was sent and deleted all our client files. We lost all our client data base and our appointment book screen was blank so we had to pay our staff to sit around hoping clients would so up for hair appt. Due to their incompetence we lost thousands of dollars in revenue and had to close the business as a result on 30th July instead of August they offered us $150 compensation. We are talking to a lawyer and we will be taking this further. I asked them to have C.E.O contact me but haven't received any response. We will be taking legal action. They tried to say it was my error because In sent email June 29th. The body of the email said closing business 30th August. Don't ever use this company.
