Booked a service appointment to fix an Audi issue on their RPM error and coolant issue then service advisor Cam advises that nothing cannot be helped since it’s warranty expired 2-3 days ago. Attempted to book an appointment 2 weeks advance but states not their problem for client not knowing expiration of warranty. Service desk didn’t do it’s due diligence on advising customer. Car was leased for 4 years but warranty ends 2 weeks before lease expiration. Cam did not make an effort to help aside from deferring the blame to another Open Road Audi. Bad customer service and wasted my entire morning. Will not purchase anything from this dealership. Service advisor should’ve made an attempt to help the situation rather than just defer the blame. At the end, it’s under the OPEN ROAD franchise. How would a customer know each dealership is independent? Ridiculous business practice.
