This place is horrible. Be very careful they will convince you to sign the contract even if you're not ready. All they care about is signing you up and getting your money. There is a male manager that made me feel uncomfortable when I went - I believe he is the GM and he just walked around back and forth in the middle of a class - not very professional and never greeted anyone when he was at the front desk before class. It was like he didn't want to be there. I injured my hip then got Covid so I called to ask about terminating my membership and they would not cancel it until I went in in person. The manager a male but not the GM processed to argue with me and all he could say was it's a contract. He has no customer service skills. I've never heard of having to cancel in person in this day and age and knew that they only wanted to convince me to stay on. I sent them an email stating that I wanted to cancel yet they continued to charge me monthly fee so I cancelled my credit card. They then proceeded to charge me penalty fees! I finally sent them an email telling that what they do is criminal and they sent my account to collections. I called and asked for the owner Sue Baxtor to call me and she never did. I called again yesterday and asked her to call me and still haven't heard from her. This company is not honest, they can't keep staff. Please go somewhere else. Save your money.
