This clinic has a terrible and rude receptionist. Her inability to schedule appointments properly is one thing, a lack of professionalism is to be expected from one so old. The main problem is her rudeness. She’s rude and foul to patients and is in general an ugly person. This clinic would do well to terminate her for cause.
When I first entered the clinic she didn’t even acknowledge me and was ignoring me. When I talked to her, she rudely demanded my care card. When I asked her why she was so rude she said that it was because I got there early thinking my appointment was at 9:30 am. They had changed my appointment to 10:30 am, and she said she left a message on my phone. But I didn’t get it and I didn’t know. Why did she have to be upset and mean to me if I got there early anyway!?
She was walking around the clinic without wearing a mask while they demand us to wear “medical-grade masks.” When I told her to wear a mask, she got so upset and said “I am behind the counter and so far from you so I don’t have to wear one.” The counter is in the middle of the waiting room.
Dr. Heslip, hope you will read this review. I was so upset and couldn’t explain what happened when you arrived. My appointment having been changed or not getting the message was not the issue at all. I didn’t mind waiting for 1 hour. I understand some miscommunications/trouble can happen. But how your receptionist handled the situation was not acceptable.
Don’t go to this clinic.
