Update:
I launched an Official Complaint to Better Business Bureau in BC. Mobile 1 Express responded to complaint by false statements that they tried to contact me and settle and I refused. To this date, no attempt has been made by Mobile1 Express to contact in any way, shape or form. They further went on to provide a fictitious story of events regarding why they are not responsible for the errors in workmanship , preexisting problem and the usual BS, on official falsified responsorial correspondence with the BBB in BC. This sort of behaviour is unacceptable and dishonest, and I reiterate the fact that the location can not be trusted or hired to perform honest service they are marketing.

Original Review:
Management, and or Garrison has failed to respond to eMails or Phone Calls
• Did not tighten oil drain plug
• Did not enter mileage at service interval
• Did not provide competent oil change service
• Up Charged for a new drain plug
• Did not use proper crush washer and oil plug leaked regularly
• Garrison or owner has not attempted to respond to legitimate complaints
• Has not guaranteed work, reimbursed Service fee and cost of repair by Nissan Dealer
• I do not recommend this business to offer guaranteed oil change or warranty service
