Reviews of Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Store in Richmond

I was shopping at the kids department yesterday. While there were only 2 staffers there, one of the girl is pretty helpful and tried to help as many people as she could while another staff (a short senior) is concentrated 1 customer basically the whole time I was there. Anyways, the taller girl helped me with some clothing and I could see she was struggling to do her job as many customers got in the kids department. The senior staff doesn’t seem to bother to help other customers but only Her customer. Later I saw the 2 staffers talking, the senior staff was saying something like “ they are my customers “ . The tall girl was apologetic to customers while the senior staff seems to very aggressive towards her coworkers. The tall girl left the scene after apologizing to other customers. I don’t know if they are under commission or not, but the senior staff looks really aggressive and loud. The other girl just giving up talking to her. This is so bad to any retail store. I feel bad for the taller girl as she is most helpful towards all the customers.
