Richmond E-Bike sell low quality products. When they break, they blame it as customer's fault instead of fulfill their non-existing "warranty".

Few years ago, when I retightened bolts of their newly bought bike (a normal procedure which I applied to bikes, as recommended by professional cyclists), one of bolts was broken (even with slightest of force). When I sought help from them, the owner ridiculed of what I had done, and charged me over $70 for a single bolt.

Beside, the attitude of the owner was really bad from the moment I entered his shop. I feel regret to purchase it from the 1st place. I later bought my second and third e-bikes from somewhere else with higher quality, yet with more affordable prices.
