Reviews of Terra Nova Childrens Centre in Richmond

Made a complaint after our son was physically abused by a staff member (dragged by his arm forcefully). They moved the lady to a different daycare no disciplinary action.
Then had a concern we voiced over email about our child playing chestnuts at the daycare when he has a known allergy to nuts.Their response was to kick our son out of his daycare no notice via email.
At no point we're we ever agressive. Conversations were via email licensing will be contacted
I would avoid srcc daycares at all costs as if you are a good parent who wouldn't let your child be dragged by their arm in a very abusive manner they will just kick you out instead of treating your child with any sense of human decency.Not the first time see news1130 report from July 2019 .
