Im disappointed with some of the owners of this company. As Jewish immigrants to Canada, you would expect they be sensitive to racism, yet the CFO Cheril Hochfelder has made a lot of racist comments towards Asians, specially Chinese people. The irony is that the umbrellas are made in China!

My company has used Vancouver Umbrella for a couple years now. The customer service and contacts are friendly, quick to respond and a pleasure to work with. We have ordered 1000 per batch with custom logos and they delivered in a very reasonable timeframe. They ensure the details of our logos design are accurate, and the proofs are easy to understand to confirm. The quality, durability and custom logo are excellent and our clients like receiving them. (Our staff like taking them too). We will continue to order with them.
