would've rather brought my own pizzas in and enjoyed knowing how good they would be.
I spoke to a manager of Andrew and explained to to him after. He would only give me a 50$ credit (not refund but a pass for 2 kids)which i declined. I asked for a refund of 150$ for the pizzas only that were horrible and everyone in the Party complained about. He was also very rude and said "we can't make everyone happy" exact words by him. I payed 1300$ and they couldn't even refund the money back for the pizzas that were horrible. A tip of over 300$ was also left and that was only for the Staff at which I now regret and they couldn't even give back my money for pizzas.
There was also lots of rides and toys not operating and out of orders.
Overall don't waste your money having a birthday party at a place that just cares about money over quality. You will be DISAPPONTED. MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBBLE AND U PROFESSIONAL as well
