Worst place ever, management a joke, price, staff. Save you and your animal the grief and go elsewhere.

We used cvc again recently and deeply regret the decision. They overcharge for services, plus our baby didnt even get the proper care needed. They sure cared about wanting the money, not our animals welfare. They dont even know how to handle criticism. Our pet definitely was not treated humanely. Very unorganized and seems ran by headless chickens.

Worst place to take your pet. They suffer more in thier hands. New management, well she is a piece of work, who you going to cry too now? Certain reception think they are it but far from it. The vets just try to Swindle money out of you every which way you can even when you don't need things done. Pathetic. I suggest you ask to take a visit in the back before you bring your animal there I really think after that you won't be back.
