This is a very very poorly ran company, the owner is very unprofessional and perverted, they rent out places under the name of "yard guyz"

Do not rent from them if you would like anything attended to, rats, cold house, you name it this landlord will ignore you almost every time and when he does answer its a half a** fix... he has threatened to keep my damage deposit for rediculous reasons and has also threatened to try and mess with my credit... RENTERS BEWARE, and if he carries himself this way with property he owns I can bet top dollar his yard service for others will be half a** work or a hassle to get the job done right...
