Reviews of La Niche in Saint-Hubert

I booked my appointments one year ahead for my two dogs. They have anxiety so when arriving at the building and hearing dogs yelling and barking was an adaptation for them but whatever they’ll get used to it is what we thought. But even though I booked my appointments a year in advance and continuously confirming them I would get a call the day before with a random new time. It’s 3 times our appointments time are changed with no notice except the day prior when they call to confirm. Now it’s the second time they move one of my dogs to fit a random persons dog in between mine ?? Again no notice. I wanted to speak to the manager and the girl said she’s the assistant manager. I was shocked. She kept cutting me off not listening to my issue or even giving a hoot to try to offer us a solution. Don’t go there. It’s basically a chain factory. Save your money and go where your dog will be properly treated. Not to mention we wanted to take courses there but it’s done in their parking with cars driving around dogs ? Very sketchy
