Tried to talk my wife into doing a full brake job when it was not needed, in for an inspection. Asked around work and found this is now normal, was not when Aberdeen's owned it!!!. Have had all our oil changes done at the dealer, tried changing the oil myself today (car is off warranty). Drain plug rounded, had to use a rounded nut socket (special tool) to get it off, with a pipe on the end of the 1/2" ratchet, again only dealer oil changes. As far as we are concerned we will not go back, and if I were you DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER!!!!! They have adopted the, DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER JUST MAKE MONEY. IF I COULD RATE THEM LESS THAT A ONE STAR i WOULD HAVE.
