Worst shopping experience every starting with Sales. I purchased a couch and chair. Chair was delivered broken. Drivers took chair and i was told i would get a new one.......low and behold none left in the store. Then the arms on both ends of the couch were making a noise as well. Service said they could pick it up and fix it or deliver a new one. I of course opted for the new one. When that arrived, the replacement was in worse shape than the one in my home. I had the delivery drivers (who were very accommodating and kind) remove the first sofa from my home and take it with them. I promptly went to the store and got a refund on the broken chair, sofa and fabric protection that i had purchased. I have purchased alot of furniture at this location but i can honeslty say that i will not be back. It was nothing but a complete waste of my time.......for nothing. If i could give zero stars on this review i would.
