Reviews of Oasis Trampoline Park in Saint John

Purchased a promotion last year that the owner will not honor. The coupon has zero exclusions on it but because Oasis decided months later to add a promo day to Thursdays that meant any previously purchased coupons were no longer valid that day. I was not contacted to be told this. How would a consumer know that terms and conditions had been added to their promo AFTER they purchased it? Poor customer service and the manager blocked me on FB so I'm leaving reviews elsewhere that hopefully she cannot delete. Customers need to be aware because the promo is on again this year and once again they had zero intentions of stating Thursday was not applicable. What if this year they decide Mond Wed and Fridays will be promo days? Then your coupon only applies the other days. Very very unprofessional. O stars
