Reviews of Sherbrooke Dental in Saint John

Today I received a phone call from Sherbrooke looking to book me in for an appointment and it was an extremely rude call. I had an initial appointment in May and was told that they would call me the next week for my follow up, but never heard back. They called me today (two months later) asking if I could make the appointment with less than 24 hours notice. When I explained that I couldn't make that work, the caller (Janet) appeared very annoyed with that and gave me no other options to come in. She then proceeded to tell me they had been trying to call me for the last 2 months to get me in, but I never answered and they don't leave voicemails. I never received one phone call from them in the past 2 months except for today, so not only was she rude about rescheduling, but she also insinuated it was my fault. It was very poor customer service and a negative experience in general.
