Phone line CLEARLY mentions they were open for walk-ins. Our sick 9 mo baby needed to be seen quickly but since our pediatrician was already booked up for the day, we needed a walk-in clinic. My husband and I showed up at Plein Ciel with our feverish baby and got turned away because we didn't have an appointment. We told them we called and what their phone line informed us about walk-ins, but we were essentially told that that message was 3 years outdated and rules changed because of COVID. In other words, they've been too lazy all these years to update their information and kept misleading the sick patients in need of medical attention.
