Pleasant serviceman but inadequate service and terrible customer phone care. After paying almost $400 to fix remotes not connecting to Linkmaster, remotes continued to only connect occasionally. When I called to complain, in was told that this was not done when bringing everything(cables etc) to good order, would need another $175 service call. Finally I had no connection so called Door Doctor who easily replaced faulty sensors and told me that the cable replacements had not required changing at all.

Did a very good job repairing my garage door.
Very fast response from the office, the technician was nice and did a professional work. I’m very satisfied and I do strongly recommend this company,
