This retirement home facility has a lot to improve on
The dining area as well as the corridors to the rooms are not heated
The food is below par sometimes un edible
The administration is rude and not service oriented
The director is someone you cannot even get a word in when talking to him he will not listen he just talks and talks you cannot get a edge in when you have something to tell him. He seems to know it all and interrupts as you attempt to discuss. It is clearly a one way discoussion his way or the highway!
