My Hyundai Tucson is there for last 3 months, they replaced the engine but later said that there are pets to be replaced at the cost of $2600 plus taxes. They never pick up the phone. I reached out to them in person a month back and asked them to check with Insurance to see if it works and also asked the guy to contact via email which he AGREED. Till date no email. For the last three weeks I have been calling and leaving messages stating that even if it is not covered under insurance I am ready to pay and get me my car. No responses, I even reached out to Hyundai Canada via there message service and not even they are bothered. This is my first and last Car from Hyundai, I will never ever suggest anyone in Canada or in my home country Indi to trust this brand again. IF THERE IS SOMEONE MONITORING THIS KINDLY GET MY CAR READY I NEED IT ASAP
