Reviews of Mount Ida Medical Centre in Salmon Arm

I love this clinic! I get better service here as a walk-in than I did when I used to make a regular appt. with my family doctor. I also like all the regular docs that work there so I don't worry about who it's going to be. I've taken my boys there too, and they were great with kids.

i was very pleased with the wonderful Dr's there,But i was there yesterday and had a bacteria coming out from under a finger nail and had told the girl who showed me to the exam room and she asked me what was wrong and i told her about it and at first she seemed polite and then at the end of the conversation i said i'm not sure what it is? but i'll get i checked out.....she replied i dont know either,it wasnt in a polite way i was a demeaning kinda way, i just felt it was kinda arrogant...the staff seem unhappy i bit too tense, i would go again but say very little to the assistants.....unhappy experience for me....
