Reviews of Northgate Pharmacy in Sarnia

Wow! So very disappointed! I had reviewed this on
google yesterday with a five star rating as in the
beginning I had great/amazing service with this
pharmacy until today. The pharmacist was
unbelievably rude and inconsiderate! Dare I say
judgemental I believe it was the owner that I was
speaking with He was very abrupt and rude even
ripped the bag out of my hand as he wanted to see
something without pulling up my file I'm very
disappointed with the interaction

I was happy when I moved here and choose this
pharmacy in fact the same pharmacist Went over my
medication with me when I first was their customer
he seemed nice we had a pleasant conversation and
then today Ive seen the flipside of the coin
It would seem that this pharmacy is becoming like
another chain store and customers are just an RX
number.

Sorry to have inconvenienced you! I'Il take
my Business elsewhere i'm sure they'll be more than
happy to take my money
