OUTSTANDING, FAIR, HONEST, EXEMPLARY SERVICE
Enroute New Brunswick to Alberta, Winnebago View, transmission breakdown, Saskatchewan.
Had work done in Weyburn (this is for another review - not such great experience, (grossly overcharged (130 percent mark ups on trans fluids), basically taken advantage of being in a small town stranded “predicament”)
ONWARD to Saskatoon….after ~80 km – troubles again - huge thank you to D & R TOWING to tow us 300+ km to “EXTREME TRANSMISSION” in Saskatoon.
This company went “over and above” for us, with an already FULL schedule. Arrived late Wed nite – met with Tanner Thurs am, who immediately got the wheels turning, ordering in what needed, provided accurate pricing on complete job (rebuilt transmission ordered in, and installation), with a mission to get us back on the road by Friday 5pm. Their “well trained efficient staff”, worked their “butts off” to make this happen!!
We were on the road 5 p.m. Friday! Incredible!!!
My husband, a bit of a “perfectionist” 😊, and also a 32 yr small business owner in NB (Welding/Fabrication and own Mechanic)’s opinion is “EXTREME TRANSMISSION PROVIDES THE BEST SERVICE OF ANY….ACROSS CANADA”! No only do they TRULY KNOW THEIR TRADE, they are EFFICIENT, HONEST and FAIR priced!
We carried on to Calgary area, without a hiccup! Extremely satisfied with this company, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND their EXEMPLARY service!!! Wish there were more businesses like this out there!!
