Very frustrating experience. I will never shop at Factory Optical again. I purchased two pairs of glasses. One being an office glass (basic/meant for computer work) and the other was a designer pair (Tory Burch) with progressive lenses. I immediately got headaches and pain in the temple area when wearing the Tory Burch glasses...turned out I was incorrectly fitted and these particular glasses have short temples. We exchanged them for Michael Kors. These came back and the lenses were terrible - very blurry and game me an instant headache. After two adjustments and no improvements, they replaced those lenses. And as expected, same result. The last gal I spoke with about this experience said she would provide me with a refund and ask for the restocking fee to be waived. After waiting a week and still not seeing a refund on my credit card I called the store to ask where they were at with this. They said they’d issue a refund that day but will deduct a 20% restocking fee. It is ridiculous to charge me $224 for their repeated mistakes. So, buyer beware shoppers!
