I have know Char through friends for many years and when I was going through a separation Char stepped in and helped what seemed like a very hard process to change our mortgage and made it quite easy! With her help I became a home owner and the separation of land titles and everything went smoothly! Char is very professional, organized and will always go the extra mile,and makes sure you understand the steps and what to expect. I contacted Char now years later for refinancing advice and about a homeowners line of credit! She doesn’t disappoint! She answered all my questions, got us the best rate that works for us and made this process go as smoothly as possible even with the hiccups! Char is very knowledgeable and I have nothing but good things to say! I would highly recommend her and it has truly been a pleasure working with her again!
