Have had a oil problem since day 1. Have brought vehicle in to be fixed time after time and still no resolution. Now used car manager will not even answer our calls or emails, hard to recommend a business like this!

Purchased a used vehicle, with the agreement that there would be certain work done to it. All seemed ok. Fast forward 3ish months, a ridiculous amount unreturned phone calls, work that was said to have been completed but wasn’t (service person and used car sales manager both lied to my husband’s face about it being completed), requests to speak with the general manager (these calls/requests were not returned), Different departments not having any knowledge of what is going on is ridiculous and we still aren’t any further along than we were when we walked out day one.
Driving into the city and leaving the vehicle at the dealership on 3 separate occasions and my husband missing work, and having the used car sales manager tell my husband that the only reason he picked up a call from him was because he “thought it was important” is what Oakwood Nissan customer service really is.
Super disappointed.
