It is a lovely home…it is badly run. No plan for residents. No timeline for meds. Can give wrong meds if the person is not aware. There is no communication between the owners and the residents or family members. Bath times are not adhered to. Staff is not trained or skilled. When mom gave her 1 month notice…the following month the rent went through. They had all month to stop the fee…yes they will refund but should not have happened in the first place.

Where is the muster point? How to evacuate residents from the basement in case of power failure or fire?

I wish I could say better things…the place was clean.
