I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the owner and business during bridegown shopping. The owner was rude, dismissive, and cared more about her own view than that of the brides…it seemed like too much work for her to meet the needs of the bride. And, we had to pay $40 for cheap champagne and popcorn, which she started picking up even before we left. The ‘rules’ were outlined as soon as we came, don’t touch anything, pictures at the end etc. I feel sorry for anyone who goes to this shop. It is so appropriate that this shop is in a basement as the service and vibe is beneath all others. A visit to other shops by the owner may assist in understanding communication and customer centered service
