Reviews of Wiseguys Mattresses in Saskatoon

We purchased a Mattress here to pick up at a later date. When purchasing i requested 2 additional mattress bags for which i was charged for. When leaving i asked for the bags that i assumed were new in package but the fellow dug out 2 ripped up bags that were from mattresses on display. Disappointed but in a hurry we decided to return them when picking up the mattress. My wife returned to pick up the mattress a week later and when she expressed to the fellow that we did not want his used bags, he played the Covid thing and said no returns. These were basically junk to start with and to charge for used bags after a customer buys a new mattress; is a friging joke.
then when my wife asked for help loading ... the same fellow claims he has a bad back and proceeds to make my wife feel uncomfortable about even asking for his help. One would think a store of this nature would have staff that could assist in loading the products they sell (even Walmart offers that)
if you want decent customer service = avoid this place!
