Reviews of Arrow Furniture in Scarborough

We were absolutely disgusted by the abysmal quality of the headboard we received from Arrow Furniture's Kennedy showroom. Despite ordering what we thought was a well-crafted piece, we were sorely disappointed. The incompetence of the installer who initially brushed off our concerns by submitting a half-hearted complaint speaks volumes about the lack of care this company has for its customers.

To add insult to injury, the customer service representative officer Izzy from the main office had the audacity to send us a photo of another poorly furnished headboard, claiming there was no discernible difference. Even after we provided irrefutable evidence highlighting the shoddy workmanship of the headboard we received, they continued to turn a blind eye.

It took multiple visits to the showroom and emails just to get a replacement request begrudgingly submitted by a seemingly indifferent sales representative. And yet, despite our persistence, it's been months since we've heard anything from Arrow Furniture. They've shown a blatant disregard for our concerns, opting instead to sweep them under the rug while continuing to prominently display a superior version of the bed in their showroom.

his isn’t right. We put our money, time, and effort into buying this, but the product we got is not what they showed us. It seems like Arrow Furniture doesn’t care about making their customers or service, as any other money sharks. They seem to care more about making money than being honest. Anyone can go to the Kennedy showroom and see the product we are talking about. It is still there but they deny the difference. We want them to fix this problem right away. We also want to make sure other customers don’t get tricked like we did and therefore giving this review.
