Reviews of AZ Roofing in Scarborough

We needed a flat roof replacement for our legion which I was charged with obtaining estimates. After missing two prior appointments, Zak promised to come by this last Saturday to inspect the roof and quote on the replacement. I was told to be available between 8:00am to 9:00am for Zak’s arrival. I explained that I also ran a business and had appointments to keep after 9:00. I was assured he would meet and provide a quote as he had already seen the building and was anxious to bid on the project. I set up the ladders to access the roof and awaited his arrival. At 8:45 I began calling to see when he would arrive as I had other commitments.
There was no answer, I texted several times and left voice messages as well. There was no response, ever. There was no callback with an explanation or apology for tying me up for that time for nothing. We’ve since found a good company who will replace our flat roof for 98,000 dollars. I’m bewildered why this company let a good sale slip through their hands and I am appalled at their business practice. I have nothing good to say about Zak or AZ Roofing. Be careful out there.
