Reviews of Calnorth Automotive Parts Ltd. in Scarborough

Ordered an approximately $500 part for my daughter’s car from them through eBay. Not only was it too small, but lacked an essential port for a sensor. Advertised to fit, but did not. Went through return process with eBay. They sent photo images of return labels from seller that were unreadable, even bar code which was badly blurred. Finally got a hold of Frank, Calnorth’s parts manager, who assured me he would send proper PDF formatted return labels, and honor the refund despite its arrival now likely to be late. I had part packaged and shipped 2 days later. Got notice this AM that Calnorth decided to dispute refund, despite their improperly advertised part and their promise.
They have stolen my daughter’s hard earned money, they have broken their promise.
They are cheats and liars and do not deserve your business.
Of course, I have no way to hold them accountable, being in the USA. I’m thankful that there is a judge who has seen their actions.
No doubt there’ll be some oily reply to this decrying their innocence. I will retract my words only if they provide a full refund (as promised).
