This is the worst company I have ever had as a business experience in the last 20 years.
I asked the young lady if she would mind sending me her name, title, under her text, just so I know who is on the other end, who I am corresponding with.
She precharged me in the shipping quote, I didn't say anything, I let her know that our shipping docks close before 1:30pm so she would know in advance.
Right after that he emailed me that they might come by 5pm and asked for more money. After that she changed her mind and said that they will come. But that didn't happen in the next two weeks. I finally gave up...
Such an unprofessional young person. I wonder how this person works and finally how the company manages if it tolerates such people?!
