Reviews of Hudson's Bay Scarborough Town Centre in Scarborough

This was a nightmare!!!I ordered the boots from Hudson's Bay website. During the purchase shipping was not added to my bill and based on the information I placed the order. Later that week I received a call from FedEx that say I have a package from a third party company and they will charge me for shipping!!!! Yes they shared my contact with FedEx. Later I got a $43 bill just for shipping(Boots were $72)
I received the boots and asked for return, I got a shipping label that I have to pay $82 to return the item. It means I had to pay $125 for a boot that I returned.
I went to Hudson's Bay store to return the item, they did not accept any responsibility regarding this at first, and when I said why this item is in your website and I bought this based on my trust to your brand they decided to return it.
this was my LAST time buying something from Bay as they do not respect customer's trust ,they do not keep customer's contact confidential and they do not support their customer.
