I don’t know why we are forced to gift stars for a company that does not deserve it. I took my kitten that I only had for a week there because he had an eye infection. I wanted to get him his shots and keep him healthy he was from a breeder that we had rescued. I had $250 on me because roughly I thought that’s what I would need and maybe eyedrops. When I got there I was polite to the receptionist that Was Not returning the politeness, but I didn’t let that get to me. I was placed into the exam room and the vet kept saying how malnourished and tiny my kitten was he suggested deworming and I did not know anything about it. I figured he’s a vet he would know so I said sure , he also prescribed eyedrops and some kind of supplement for the kitten. Those two items alone cost $75. The exam was I believe $85-$99. When they brought my kitten back in his carrier, he was just lying there lethargically. The vet technician said he was fine. She picked him up and he just flopped so she put him back down. She goes oh he’ll be fine . I had to borrow money from friends to cover the rest because my bill came up to $310 instead. They practically send my kitten home to die. Because nobody took a look at him I didn’t think anything was wrong I trusted these people and five hours later my kitten passed. And when I tell you, it was most disturbing how it happened , it’s haunts me to this day. They had done a snap test on him for leukaemia as well so I thought maybe something was too strong and he overdosed. They kept saying that nothing was wrong. They didn’t do anything wrong. My kitten was struggling to breeze, begging for help as it died in our arms I took him to the emergency hospital, but they could not revived him. I called the clinic at 9 o’clock in the morning the following day and was told the vet was in surgery. He will call me back nobody called back so at 12:30 I called again he was still busy but the manager now was going to speak to me after she had done an x-ray. At 5 o’clock she calls me and offers her condolences but make sure she said that they didn’t do anything wrong. She told me to come down and she will reimburse me at least for the medication‘s. But when I went down there. She was more concerned about the review I left stating what a bad place this place is. She had my review removed from Google because Google apparently doesn’t like to put the truth out there . She did not reimburse me for the medication. She just kept telling me how she was hurt by my review and the pet food that she was pushing is the best pet food out there, but I can get it from them or order it online because it doesn’t sell in stores. She even went as far as to tell me that she has been to the factory where it was made. OK I don’t care. We are supposed to be talking about reimbursing me for the medication because you killed my kitten. She told me that she will come in a few days after she talks to her boss which supposedly is the owner of the clinic and then they’re going to talk about my review which means needing for me to take it down and maybe then I will get reimbursed. I kept my review up until Google took it down but that’s fine because I have reviews of this place on every platform. I can put it on and I will continue to do so because these people kill your animals.
