Jasmine lies and tells us there is no RMT or we cannot boon 30 minute appointments, or that we cannot reserve for the next day. She is dishonest and also does insurance fraud. She books and charges you a hire rate for RMT but doesnt give you RMT. Jasmine has told us a number of times no spots are available and to book with another spa.

I am reporting her to the authorities.
