Reviews of Lalls Jewellery in Scarborough

I decided to write this review because it is very rare that I feel reassured when dealing with a jewelry store given bad past experiences I have had, however Lall's Jewelry, particularly Denny, has proven to be a credible and genuine jeweler.
I just recently dealt with Lall's Jewelry at the Golden Mile Jewelry exchange to have pendants removed from a chain as it posed a risk for my chain to break since the pendants were too heavy and the chain too busy.
Denny, at Lall's Jewelry, suggested that I buy a stronger chain which I did to reduce the risk of breaking my chain as a result of the pendants being too heavy.
The customer service was genuine and courteous as the advice of purchasing a stronger chain so I can still wear my jewelry when I sleep in bed was credible and reasonable. The chain was purchased at a reasonable price and was of great quality. The customer experience very pleasant.

I strongly recommend Lall's Jewelry as I have been very happy with their customer service and and reassured that the product that I purchased from them is of great quality. I feel their advice to purchase a stronger chain was genuine and reasonable.
