I was caught in a precarious position when I was told that my 2 barrels, which was shipped to Guyana in September and expected to arrive in time for my mother's 1 year death memorial, would not be delivered in time for the prayer services. This was disappointing and caused a lot of anxiety for my family. However, with the help of Devi (Finch Avenue location) and Michelle Hoosana (Laparkan's Georgetown liaison), they were able to pull off a miraculous piece of communication and co-ordination that allowed my 2 barrels on time delivery for the prayers. These two individuals went beyond their call of of duty and helped tremendously to make this delivery occur on time. My family is appreciative of the determination, willingness and understanding of the situation from Devi & Michelle, who exceeded my expectations. Thank you again Devi and Michelle for pulling this delivery off on time in such a professional manner!
