I still remember that on one ordinary day, I walked by Oasis, since me and my wife needed to find another family doctor under some circumstances, I just hopped in and asked if they accept new patients and would be much better just asked if there is a Cantonese speaking doctor that we can communicate easily, they said no at that time, but they said they can feedback to office, after 2 months, I found doctor Lai and she is so professional, kind and care about her patients, also the front desk staffs are really helpful and have quick response to my request, truly one great team!

Words cannot express my gratitude to the Oasis Health Centre on Ellesmere Rd. I recently started taking my 94 year old mother there who was diagnosed with a heart condition and was prescibed medications from the specialist and she was experiencing side effects.. At the clinic she was under the care of Dr. Zain Ali, the family dr, he immediately adjusted her medication and was following her closely to make sure she was feeling better. He made a huge difference to my mom's health, Dr Ali is a very caring, compassionate, patient and knowledgeable Dr who truly cares about his patients and goes over and above to make sure they get the best care.

As for the clinic, it is very clean and organized. The staff is very efficient, friendly and willing to do everything they can to help the patients. We see them as part of our family. The nurses are very experienced and thorough.

We feel very lucky to have found the Oasis Health Centre , a truly wonderful clinic and Dr Zain Ali who is an incredible doctor. Thank you
