There is no hygiene maintained within the store. The shopping baskets are so dirty seems like they have not been cleaned for ages.
Cleanliness level is zero within the store. It directly impacts the health of the customers.
Please improve.

Sufficient
Normally good quality/service. However bought a crate of expensive mangoes in Aug.2022 and all were overripe/rotten. Very unethical for the store to sell spoilt goods. Crate was taped up disallowing even cursory inspection. Very disappointing.
