Amazing neighbourhood gym. Excellent modern equipment kept in perfect condition. Scrupulously clean. Women love the beautiful clean changeroom/ shower facility. Plenty of space and available equipment. Well done yoga classes included. Comfortable secure environment for women Parking on site and convenient location. Owner Mike provides top notch personal training.

Unprofessional staff. They don't know how to talk to people. RUDE! I would say. Initial he will talk nice but you will get to know their true colors. I am recovering from my ACL injury, when Mike (the receptionist) in gym found out that I am using resistance band, he got furious and started using abusive language. Then he cancelled my membership. I don't know what is wrong with the resistance band which I own. . I don't recommend the gym due to the rude staff.

Excellent gym. Large airy and spotlessly clean. Personal and professional staff. I appreciate that they insist on members wearing masks and following rules as it makes the place wonderful. Lots of yoga classes. Worth a visit and tour. They don't tolerate bad or disrespectful behavior which makes it a good family gym especially for women.
