Had an oil change this morning at Silver Mile. Mario, the owner, and his efficient crew (Zack and John) had my 2011 Hyundai Elantra up on the hoist within 15 minutes of my arrival. While I sat reading a couple of motoring magazines in the front office waiting area, they quickly drained the old oil, checked all other fluid levels and the tire air pressure. Then, at my request, they added new, synthetic oil to replace the old, regular oil I'd been using. In less than 30 minutes the job was done and Mario gave me the bill for a total of $60. Zach drove the car outside where he told me it was good for 10,000 km or until August this year, whichever comes first! I left for home thoroughly satisfied by the work done quickly and professionally and recommend Silver Mile Auto Service (operated by Mario at the Kingston and Markham Road location for about the past 40 years) highly for their courtesy and no-nonsense approach to servicing cars.
