A new Furnace was purchased and installed in Oct, 2022 but the furance broke down on Jan 10, 2023. It worked only for less than 4 months. The technician told me that the fan was broken down and need to replace it. So disappointed.

I called to their office in the morning and checked the parts (fan) delivery status. Their reply was "don't know, not sure, call you back asap .....". I really don't understand about it. The furnace I purchased 4 months ago is not an old model that the parts shouldn't be that hard to find. Solidcare can arrange installing a new furnance within 24 hours but cannot repair a NEW furnace within 24 hours???? It is totally unacceptable and ridiculous.

I believe my family, with 80+ old man and kids, has to stay in a freezing home for another night. Thanks Solidcare.
