As sub contractor working for Spani it's refreshing to deal with their supervisors and project managers as well as the other trades employed by Spani for their jobs and projects. Everyone strives to do better than min spec /code workmanship and are knowledgeable and good at their vocations. If I were building or renovating I'd chose Spani over most other such builders.
